Thank you for shopping with Uniquely Mama! We're excited to get your order to you. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing
Since most of our items are made-to-order or sourced specifically for you, we don't keep a large inventory on hand. This means that once you place your order, we'll then place the order with our trusted vendor.
- Order Fulfillment Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for us to receive your item(s) from our vendor, inspect them, carefully package them, and prepare them for shipment from our location. This processing time does not include the shipping time.
Shipping Times & Methods
Once your order has been processed and packaged, it will be shipped to you.
Shipping Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days after your order has shipped.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method.
- Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Important Notes
- Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier, holidays, or extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, Uniquely Mama, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with your neighbors or the local post office/carrier facility. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
